Subscription and projects cannot be transferred across operating systems (iOS to Android). You can share your iOS subscription between devices running the same Apple ID as subscribed with. Or, you can share your Android subscription between devices logged in to the same Google account.

We’d suggest to cancel the unused subscription: open the App Store, tap your profile (top right of the screen) and tap Subscriptions. If you do not have access to your iTunes account, please contact Apple Support for assistance: https://support.apple.com/HT204084
