Please open Bazaart's Settings and tap the "Restore Purchases" button.
If this does not work, please check the following:
Are you logged in to your device with the same Apple ID as subscribed with?
Can you please send us a copy of the subscription purchase receipt, sent to your email by Apple?
You can manage your subscriptions in App Store Account Settings and change plans from there. Please open the App Store, tap your profile (top right of the screen) and tap Subscriptions.
Please contact Apple and ask for a refund, as they handle the matter for all apps.
Please tap the (...) button at the top of the editor screen and enable/disable the Snapping button.
To change the langauge in Bazaart, please open the device Settings > scroll down until you reach Bazaart > tap Language > change to your preferred language.
Tap and drag the white lines on the sides of the text layer frame, moving them towards in and out, to adjust where the text line breaks.
Please refrain from deleting the app documents, to avoid the deletion of your projects.
For iPhone users: please tap the following link, on the device Bazaart is installed on, to clear the cache:
For iPad users, to clear the cache: please open Safari app, tap the + to open a new page, then paste the link bazaart://clear

Then, try using the Magic tool again.
If the projects did not transfer during the native Apple device transfer, you can move projects manually, as follows:
On one device
1. Tap the (...) button > Select Projects > Select up to 10 projects at a time
2. Tap the (...) button at the bottom > Export Projects > Save to Files
On other device
3. Tap the (...) button > Import Projects
4. Tap the (...) button > Select > Open.
If you uninstall the app, please know that your projects will be deleted. All projects are saved locally on the app, which means our team is unable to retrieve them once they are gone.
We kindly ask to always save and back up your projects regularly, to protect your hard work and memories. To keep collages safe, save drafts to your Photos/Gallery as you work on them.

As long as you did not delete and reinstall the app, or switched devices, please try the following:
1. Please make sure that you have at least 100MB of free storage on your device
2. Tap the link: https://bazaart.me/d/restore
You might be using a small canvas size.
Please tap the (...) button > Canvas Size > Custom, to check and change the project size.
To reach optimal resolution, you'll need to keep the existing ratio between height and width. To do so, multiply both of them by the same number. Your project can reach up to 5000x5000 pixels.
For example, if the dimensions you require are 500X200, you can multiply both by 10 (or any other number), reaching 5000x2000 pixels.Read more
You can choose the format manually using the Save Options button:
You can manage your subscriptions in App Store Account Settings and cancel from there. Please open the App Store, tap your profile (top right of the screen) and tap Subscriptions. Click on the Cancel button.
If you see the option to "Renew" your subscription please know you have successfully canceled your subscription.
All content on the app is free to use for personal or commercial use, with exception to:
- The Web Search, which may be copyrighted,
- The Music stock, powered by Epidemic Sound and licensed under their respective license and solely for personal use.
- Our Shapes menu is powered by "The Noun Project", and according to their terms, a shape cannot be redistributed as is, but, must be modified in some way.
For print product we allow up to 5000 units without any need for our explicit authorization.
