What to do if the app crashes/freezes?

In the case of the app crashing or freezing please follow the steps bellow:

  1. Restart your phone > open Bazaart and check if the issue continues to happen.

  2. Tap the following link to clear the cache: https://bazaart.me/d/clear

  3. Please make sure you are running the latest app version.

  4. Make sure you have enough memory on your device. 

If this does not help, please send us a video of problem.  That would help us solve this issue. .

Do not delete the app as this will result in your projects being permanently erased.
