I have an active subscription but it is not recognized in Bazaart.

Please open Bazaart's Settings and tap the "Restore Purchases" button.

If this does not work, please check the following:

  1. Are you logged in to your device with the same Apple ID as subscribed with?

  2. Can you please send us a copy of the subscription purchase receipt, sent to your email by Apple?
